The agreed deadline for both the migration of credit transfers and direct debits towards SEPA standards is 1 February 2014. According to a European Parliament media release the deal has still to be approved by the full Parliament and the Council.

La Roche & Co Banquiers from Basel and Bank Frick & Co. from Liechtenstein are new SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme participants as of today. All in all, 152 financial institutions from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are connected to the EPC scheme, 121 thereof using the Swiss SEPA payment channel via euroSIC/SECB/STEP2.
